The prepress input jobs are completed either by Crossfield 6200 drum scanner or by Agfa flat scanner. The super quality scanning equipment and skillful technician ensure high quality image input.
The image processing is accomplished by Barco prepress system, a popular model in Europe. It is specialized for flexographic prepress and provides excellent image reproduction, color separation, color calibration, dot gain compensation and quick page mounting. Barco's high scale software and hardware combination offers a solid condition for high end prepress.
Barco BG3800 image setter with max. out-put size of 790 x 1090mm produces high quality flexograhpic negative films with high precision and stability. Barco's Samba screen can be here easily realized for special flexographic reproduction requirement.
The classic DuPont Cromalin Proofing system can complete analog proof jobs on any substrates customer requests. It can show printing results exactly before printing in order to reduce customer's production costs and increase effectiveness remarkably.
DuPont Cyrel 3002 plate making system:
It can process flexographic photopolymer plate with plate thickness ranging from 0.95mm to 7mm with maximum plate size of 1300 x 2000mm.
